SHANE GILES, MPRE
Shane Giles was born and raised in Tennessee into a family of real estate investors and developers, so you can say real estate is in his blood. This has undoubtedly helped him understand and develop his knowledge of the real estate industry. He served in the United States Army Infantry, leading a team in combat operations. He found that serving his country was an immensely rewarding task and helped him understand the importance of discipline, integrity, loyalty, and duty. He received an honorable discharge in 2009 and attended Lipscomb University where he achieved his Bachelor of Business Administration. Mr. Giles went on to obtain a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University. His professional experience includes the management of over $150,000,000 annually and experience across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily asset types. His management experience includes a portfolio of over 600 hundred location.
Felicia Dellanini, RPA, XCSM, previously supervised the retail portfolio and was responsible for the daily operations of various shopping centers in the Chicagoland area. Her responsibilities included overseeing all management staff, property operational items, maintenance, collecting accounts receivable budget preparation and approval, lease administration and tenant and client relations. Ms. Dellanini has over twenty (25) years of experience in retail property management. Ms. Dellanini worked for Mid America Asset Management, Inc. for 11 years, as a V.P., managing a portfolio of 4-6 major projects for clients such as Invesco Realty Advisors, Smithfield Properties, Ohio State Police and Fireman’s Fund, Alecta Investment Management, and Oliver McMillan, while also over-seeing a team of managers and their portfolios. Prior to that, Ms. Dellanini worked for Glenborough Corporation for 5 years, managing, leasing and marketing a multi-state portfolio consisting of approximately 120 tenants.
